Sapporo Subbranch

Sapporo Subbranch opened.

In association with the start of correspondent-bank transactions (April 1), interest on overdrafts is set to the same daily rate as that of the Head Office: 1.90 sen (0.019 yen).

Correspondent overdraft interest is revised to the same daily rate as that of the Head Office: 2.30 sen (0.023 yen).

In association with the start of loan and discount transactions, the official discount rate of the Sapporo Subbranch is set to the same rate as that of the Hokkaido Branch.

Due to telegraph service interruptions, the reduction in the official discount rate is delayed by one day from the Head Office and other branches and subbranches (where the rate was lowered on October 3).

Kyoto Subbranch
